Silver Street Design Drawings

TAXI design drawing
Cobra design drawing with MX overlay
Amazing image! This 1982 design concept is a double neck, 12 string top/6 string bottom, based on the Spitfire model. It regrettably never made it to production. This design drawing was unearthed from his archives and submitted by Silver Street founder and designer Bruce Hardy. Many thanks, Bruce!

Silver Street Design Drawings

The images below were scanned from an amazing package of more than 50 large-scale design drawings created by Silver Street in Elkhart, IN and Shelby, MI. Sincere thanks for the survival of these documents goes to Jake Seaver, VP of Sales & Marketing, Media Technologies Inc.. Media Technologies occupies the former Silver Street Inc. guitar production facility in Shelby. The documents package was discovered during the clean-out of a warehouse. Jake kindly offered the documents to the webmaster. Without his intervention, the images below (and more to be scanned and added in future) would have been lost forever. Thank you, Jake!
